New Deck Construction

This is an urban new deck construction installation with; horizontal treated lumber on the sides, stairs and main deck covered with gray composite, finished with a black aluminum railings with small pickets and black aluminum extrusion banisters.

Deck Measurements

The size of the deck on this page a is 3 meters wide x 3 meters deep by 90 centimeters high stair rise.   The landscaping was not finished in this picture. (grass and concrete walkways are extra work and cost are additional to the price of my deck packages and / or are off course billed separately for custom contracts that I do as well just as same to the windows and stucco and doors in this picture)
Purchase this deck for $5500.00 as a kit- or purchase for $7500.00 including my installation fees and permit for that price.
